Our first thing to do will be to create a mental picture of your outcome.
Okie, first of all, what is the mental picture?
The mental picture of your outcome is nothing but an imagination of the result or goal you are going to attain in the future.
Let's say you want to lose weight, that is your ultimate goal. the imagination part here is you should envision yourself as lean, fit, and, filled with boundless energy.
Do this every morning after you woke up, then start your daily routine, sure you can see that you will be more energetic for that full day.
Many successful persons did this in front of the mirror to envision their success.
This simple thought of picturing yourself will open the gateway to the actualization of your desire.
Sure, you must have taken a new year's resolution. The thing to be noticed is whether you are following the resolution or not.
Even if you failed your resolution, don't worry. Many people failed in following the resolution they took in New-year because they failed to have positive pressure on them.
Wait, is putting pressure on something good? yeah, it is. Not all the pressures are bad. You can create positive pressure on yourself in this simple way which is a Public pledge.
The public pledge is nothing but informing your friends, parents, and everyone you trust the most about your goal.

The reason to do this is, that when you note it down with your hands, it will have a more strong connection with you.
Added to that never set a goal without attaching a timeline to it. If not so, your goal will extend all the way through your life.
You can divide the Dream Book into sections for goals of different areas of your life, like financial goals, couple goals, fitness goals, and career goals. your weight loss goal can be included in the fitness section.
It will be more fun to do if you fill your dream book with pictures. for your weight loss goal, try to paste a picture of marathon runners or a fit bodybuilder picture.
Review this book daily for a few minutes. The results will be amazing.
Here comes the magic rule of 21. Most of you would know this rule, but not this name.
For new behaviour to enter into your habits you must follow the activity for 21 days in a row. (This number came from an average of 7 and 35). Some learn stuff quickly others may not so here come the average 21.
In our weight loss journey case, you should include any new activity like having a keto meal diet or exercises, or yoga into your lifestyle for the next 21 days. So that activity will become a habit for goodness.
The only way to install the new habit in your life you have to invest more energy towards it and this installation will complete in about 21 days.
Added advice is that try to practice that habit every day at the same time and in the same place.
